    (1) Land measuring 1900 sq. yards approx. was purchased in the year 1999 through joint funds of me and my mother in “Doon Valley Officer & Cooperative Housing Society”, Vasant Vihar, Phase-I, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, in the name of my mother. House was constructed on this land in the year 2006, through my savings and loan taken from Punjab National Bank, Ghanta Ghar, Dehradun. My mother is the member of Vasant Vihar Officers Colony, Dehradun. However, by family settlement the property belongs to me.(The house is presently given on rent of Rs.1,40,000/- p.m., which goes to my saving bank account at UCO Bank, Supreme Court Compound.)

    (2) Land measuring 1725 sq. feet was purchased through a sale deed in 2006 in Mankapur Compound Mallital, Nainital, Uttarakhand. A three bed room house was constructed on this land in the year 2008

    Properties inherited
    (1) Ancestral Agricultural Land measuring .457 hectares in Village Madanpur, Patt-Langoor, Palla-II, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
    (2) Inherited land purchased more than 50 years back by my father. As per revenue records, the land is in the name of all of us three brothers – (A) Shri Himanshu Dhulia (B) Sudhanshu Dhulia and (C) Shri Tigmanshu Dhulia.

    Note (I took oath as a High Court Judge on November 1, 2008. Prior to this I was a lawyer in Allahabad High Court and later in Uttarakhand. All immovable properties mentioned here are prior to my becoming a Judge and there is no addition to it.)
