4. Premises, including sheds, vacant land and buildings in the 13th Ward at Gudivada, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, hitherto occupied by M/s. Ramakrishna Rice & Groundnut Oil Mills, Gudivada. The mills were wound up and the entire property is kept vacant now.

5. Half-share in the house property in the 13th Ward at Gudivada, A.P. The other half-share is owned by my nephew, Shri Suneil Reddy, son of my eldest sister, Smt. Geetha Reddy.

6. Shop in the basement of Sagar View Complex at Domalguda, Hyderabad, leased out to M/s. Atluri Agencies. Inherited in the year 2002 from my father, late Shri P. Ramachandra Reddy, under a Regd. Will.

7. Five Farm Plots, bearing Nos. 916, 917, 918, 945 and 946 situated at “Hills & Meadows”, Kucharam Village, Toopran Mandal, Medak District. Purchased under Regd. Sale Deeds No.7352 of 2006, 7353 of 2006, 7354 of 2006, 7392 of 2006 and 7393 of 2006, all dated 12-06-2006.

8. Flat No. 502 in Srinivas Apartments, 3-6-467/1, Hardikar Bagh, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. Half the landed property was bequeathed to me by my father, late Shri P. Ramachandra Reddy. The other half-share was bequeathed to my nephews, Shri Sai Chaitanya and Shri Sai Lalith, sons of my elder sister, Smt. Madhulika. The property was developed by us jointly by constructing a residential apartment building. Flat No. 502 was retained by me.

1. Residential Plot bearing No. 977, situated at Road No. 50, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Purchased under Regd. Sale Deeds bearing Nos. 2155 of 2003 dated 19-6-2003 and 2156 of 2003 dated 18-6-2003. This is a HUF property.

2. Half share in 8,975 square yards of land at Kukatpally, Hyderabad. This property was jointly inherited by me and my eldest sister, Smt. Geetha, from our mother, late Smt. P.Padmavathamma, in the year 2017, under a Regd. Will. Thereafter, I gifted small portions of the land/sheds to my wife and son under Regd. Gift Deeds. The entire land has been given for development to M/s. Mahaveer Residences, a partnership firm, under Regd. Development Agreement dated 13.02.2023.

I sold my half-share in a commercial space in Khader Nawaz Khan Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai, under a registered sale deed. I sold my shop, bearing No.3-6-138/14, at Himayatnagar, Hyderabad, which was purchased by me in the year 1985. I also sold my half-share in the ground floor premises at Santoshima Complex, RTC X Roads, Musheerabad, Hyderabad. The other half-share was owned by my elder sister, Smt. Madhulika, and we had purchased this property in December, 1989. I also sold my share in the five-floored building at M.No.16-11-741/C/C, Moosarambagh, Dilsukhnagar, Malakpet, Hyderabad. This property was jointly purchased by me and my sister, Smt. Geetha in 1989.
The sale proceeds of the above properties were given on interest to M/s. A. R. Foundations, Chennai, a concern belonging to Shri P. Amarnath Reddy, my co-brother (my wife’s sister’s husband). As on date, the principal sum of about ₹3.00 Crore belonging to me and my family is with this concern as an investment.

Two SB Accounts in SBI as on 18.04.2024: ₹58,58,020/-. This amount includes the rentals paid by the tenant for the joint property at Kukatpally, Hyderabad, till the tenant vacated the premises; savings; monies received from me and her parents; her earnings as a counsellor for students seeking undergraduate admission to American Universities and her share of the deposit received from the developer of the Kukatpally property.

Silver:

Assorted ancestral silver articles, including plates, glasses, cups, bowls, Pujaware etc., weighing about 40 Kgs.
