Canteen Inauguration- 5.10.2023
Supreme Court of India witnessed an idyllic morning with the inauguration of the new Canteen in the Additional building Complex of the Supreme Court of India by Hon’ble the Chief justice of India today.The canteen is spread over an area of about 300 sq. meters with seating capacity for 120 persons. The kitchen of the canteen is equipped with most modern appliances. The menu of the Canteen includes popular dishes from North and South India and will serve breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages.
The area is well ventilated with central air-conditioning and has abundant natural light, giving a comfortable feel to the users and staff. Functional from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM on working days of the Registry, the Canteen will offer good eating facility for the Members of the Bar, their staff, visitors, litigants, staff of the coordinate agencies and the Registry staff.
