Mr. Justice Suhas C. Sen, M.A. (Calcutta University), LL.B. (Calcutta University). Barrister-at-Law of the Inner Temple. Was enrolled as an Advocate in 1960 and practised on the civil side in the Calcutta High Court. Did mainly tax cases, company cases and constitutional writ matters. Appointed Additional Judge, Calcutta High Court for two years on 23.11.1981. Appointed Permanent Judge on 20.8.1982. Judge, Supreme Court of India, since 11th June, 1994. Retired on 20.12.1997.
