This form is exclusively for the litigants, AORs and general public to submit their cases pending in Supreme Court of India for SAMADHAN SAMAROH. This form is not to be filled by SLSAs/HCLSCs/DLSAs/TLSCs.
To advance the vision of ‘participative justice’ and ‘doorstep delivery of justice’, the Supreme Court of India is organising ‘Supreme Court Action for Mediated Adjudication and Disputes Harmonization Across Nation’-SAMADHAN SAMAROH which commenced from 21st April, 2026 and will culminate in the holding of a Special Lok Adalat on 21st, 22nd and 23rd August, 2026.
This Special Lok Adalat aims to facilitate amicable settlement of pending matters before the Supreme Court of India through consent-based resolution mechanisms.
